1. Sale Items

Please note that all sale items are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for items purchased during promotional sales.

2. Evening Wear Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Egypt (قانون حماية المستهلك في مصر), evening and occasion wear—including dresses and formal attire (فساتين ولبس السهرة والمناسبات)—are non-refundable once the courier has completed the delivery.

You are welcome to try on the item while the courier is still present. If you choose not to keep it, you may return it immediately to the courier and pay only the shipping fees.

يرجى العلم أنه وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك في مصر، فإن فساتين ولبس السهرة والمناسبات غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب. يمكنك تجربة القطعة أثناء وجود المندوب في مكان التسليم.

3. Casual Wear Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority!

You may try on your item while the courier is present (for up to 10 minutes). If the item is not suitable, you can return it to the courier immediately in its original condition and packaging.

• Returns are only accepted on the day of delivery and only while the courier is still at your location. 

• A shipping fee will be charged for the return service.

4. Casual Wear Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@hijaipick.com, and our team will assist you promptly. Exchange requests are only accepted via email for documentation purposes

Exchange Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging and original labeling.

• Clothing items can only be exchanged with other clothing items.

• Scarves can only be exchanged with scarves.
  (Exchanges between clothing and scarves are not permitted.)

Note: Additional shipping fees apply for all exchanges.
